Trump to the African American Community

This sentiment is actually the backbone of Trump’s campaign, but he has not said it quite so blatantly before. He attempts to appeal to people’s anger, disillusion, struggles and fear by telling them how supposedly bad their lives are and that only he can fix it. In acknowledging their feelings, he provides shouted words (my favorite as of late is “extreeeeeemmme” vetting) and then repeats and repeats again. This is getting Trump a lot of traction with his followers.

But this is the first time he has openly attempted to appeal to the African American community. I’m not a member, I’m white; but I bet on Trump’s hairpiece that it’s not going to work.
