Trump’s Speech of Lies and Hate

As he arrived and walked down the aisle between the seats that seperate Republicans from Democrats; he shook a lot of GOP hands. But the Dems stayed seated and did not look at Trump. A few, Rep Adam Schiff among them, stood, but stared straight ahead. Trump ocassionally glanced over his shoulder at the Democrats. Once at the podium, he said as he pointed to the Democrats, “I can do nothing to make them happy.”

There were too many lies and incredibly hurtful, arrogant, racist, homophobic statements to record. He started by lying about the election and winning a mandate and it went downhill from there.

Very soon into his delivery, Rep Al Green began shouting at Trump, and stood and shook his cane in his direction. The passionate Democrat was peacefully removed by guards.

Many Democrat women wore pink, they told the press it represented “power and protest.” Some members wore yellow and blue to show support for Ukraine.
