His people know it, when will he?
Just moments ago, Emily Murphy, the administrator of the General Services Administration, formally designated Joe Biden the offical winner of the election, providing federal funds and resources to begin a transition and authorizing his advisers to begin coordinating with Trump administration officials. Here is the article in the NYTimes.
This means it will formally begin to transition. It doesnt’ mean Trump will concede. But he will have to leave.
How will he leave? That will be interesting to watch.
