It came to light that Trump either doesn’t read or doesn’t listen to daily briefs that are brought to him each day. We learned that Russia hired bounty hunters to kill American military personel in Afghanistan. The administration first denied that Trump was given this information, then they said he had been briefed. But was he listening, or did he not care? Or was he tweeting?

How many Presidential Daily Briefs have gone unread with this president? Probably far too many.
