War or no war?

Usually leaders at least pretend to be decisive. Our current president often pretends a lot of things. This time he tipped his hand to show he was unsure about whether to strike Iran or not. Recently, Iran shot down one of our drones, and Trump admits he decided to strike back…. but then decided not to.

What prompted him to undecide? Here is my answer:
