Do I dare hope it will continue?
Three of these are paraphrased headlines. Biden is making it so that transgender folks can enlist in the military, he is working on getting lots more money to solve climate change, and the Biden dogs have arrived at the White House finally. All great news! I just added two extra ones to show that even mundane news is good news….and not that this is mundane, but I heard that the Bidens might get a cat.
Dare I hope for this to continue? I know there are horrible things happening — one out of every four families is struggling to put food on the table, people are still losing loved ones to Covid. Not to mention the rest of the world where starvation and strugles for freedom are commonplace.
But I can have a few days of enjoying the new peace and quiet of no Trump, can’t I?
