It was the one year anniversary of the overturning of Roe V Wade the other day, the anniversary of the Supreme Court taking rights away from a group of American citizens. Outrageous.

This is the drawing I did last year in response to the overturning of Roe V. Wade, published in Ms. Magazine.

A small minority of the religious far right is forcing this on us; most Americans feel abortion should be a legal, that it is personal decision between a woman and her doctor. The Supreme Court is not going to be changed overnight, but we can take steps to bring back a woman’s right to choose by voting.
